About the role
Copylandia Office Systems Corporation is seeking an experienced General Accounting Manager to join our team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting functions.
What you'll be doing
Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and other key financial reports
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
Supervise and develop a team of accounting professionals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decision-making
Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy
What we're looking for
Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior accounting or finance role, preferably in the financial accounting and reporting industry
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred
Thorough understanding of financial accounting principles, and relevant local regulations
Proficient in using accounting software and data analysis tools
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Can work from Mondays through Saturdays (except holidays)
Can start immediately (from job offer date)
