About the Role

We are looking for a General Accounting/Costing Staff to support our accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and costs. As an accounting staff, you are responsible for maintaining reliable accounting records, monitoring expenses, preparing financial reports, and providing support in bookkeeping activities. This position is ideal for an accounting graduate who is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in developing a career in general and cost accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
• Assist in bookkeeping and ensure that financial records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Prepare monthly cost sheets and costing reports for the assigned division, including all related transactions.
• Monitor and track company/divisional expenses and ensure proper recording and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of accounting and financial reports.
• Review accounting data and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies in financial records, as needed.
• Ensure that accounting and costing records are properly maintained and organized.
• Provide general accounting and costing support to the team and assigned division.
• Perform other accounting-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

About You

• A graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Accounting Technology, BS Management Accounting, or a related accounting course.
