Job Description

• Supervise daily activities of the general accounting team and ensure task accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead complex journal entry preparation, reconciliations, and monthly close activities.
• Serve as primary support for audits and intercompany reconciliations.
• Drive system issue resolution, process improvements, and policy compliance.
• Mentor staff and lead training initiatives on accounting systems and practices.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• CPA or Chartered Accountant (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in general accounting
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with Workday, Blackline, or EPIC systems is a plus
• Strong grasp of US GAAP
