Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation in Cebu, Philippines, seeks an Accounting Analyst (R2R) to support Record to Report activities across multiple general ledger accounts. The role covers monthly close, reconciliations, journal entries, audits, and SOX controls, with a second-shift schedule from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM and an onsite start for six months.

You will collaborate with global teams, gain exposure to SAP, Oracle, and other ERP tools, and progress toward a hybrid work setup after the initial onsite

Qualifications

• BS in Accountancy or related field required.
• 3–5 years of financial/accounting analysis experience in a multinational, shared services, or local company environment.
• CPA/ACCA/CMA; R2R/shared services experience; knowledge of SAP, Oracle, E‑Automate, Sage, Tableau, Power BI, Essbase SmartView, or BlackLine preferred.

Overview

Accounting Analyst (R2R) supports Xerox Record to Report accounting activities in Cebu, Philippines. This role is responsible for financial and accounting analysis across multiple general ledger accounts and finance workstreams, helping ensure accurate monthly financial accounts, reconciliations, and compliance. The position follows a second‑shift schedule from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM and is onsite for the first six months, transitioning to a hybrid work setup thereafter.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or a related field


• 3 to 5 years of relevant financial or accounting analysis experience within a multinational, shared services, or local company environment


• Hands‑on experience across multiple general ledger accounts and finance workstreams, with knowledge of US GAAP


• Strong analytical, organizational, problem‑solving, and written and verbal communication skills


• Professional accounting certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA; R2R or shared services experience; relevant accounting sub‑domain experience; and familiarity with SAP, Oracle, E‑Automate, Sage, Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, Essbase SmartView, or BlackLine are preferred
