Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. in Angeles, Pampanga, is seeking a General Accountant to join our daytime, office-based team. You will reconcile balance sheet accounts, prepare variance analyses, and support internal audits with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven accounting experience.
• Strong experience in managing high volume accounts and tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts including bank, prepayments, fixed assets, accruals, payroll, intercompany and other accounts.
• Recording and monitoring of employee expense reports and audit/verification of liquidation documents.
• Preparation of variance analysis report.
• Quarterly verification of deposits and prepayments with 3rd party vendors.
• Assist in financial assurance and internal audits.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including cash flow, balance sheets, and P&L statements.
