Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Prepares and implement gender and development policy
  • Plans and create awareness for gender equality and programs to community
  • Monitor and reports related to gender and development issues
  • Organized trainings for information to project affected areas
  • Represent the company during information, education and communication campaign, press releases, meetings, and official presentations to the local and national institutional and government bodies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or any related course
  • Knowledge in the guidelines and execution of RA 7192, Section 36 of RA 9710, EO 273, and PCW-NEDA- DBM Joint Circular No. 2012-01
  • At least 3 years experience
  • Relevant training along Basic Gender Sensitivity
  • Exposure to Women’s and gender issues
  • With good communication skills both written and oral
  • With good Public Speaking Skills
