Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. seeks an AI Specialist/Data Scientist to design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade AI applications and GenAI solutions, spanning front-end, backend, and cloud deployment.

You will integrate LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and vector databases, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver measurable business value through scalable AI products and reusable services. The role requires 3–5 years of production AI experience, onsite work in Makati/Ortigas, and strong skills in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, CS, math/statistics, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of production-grade AI or data-centric app delivery experience.
• Experience across full stack and AI/ML lifecycle; onsite in Makati/Ortigas.
• Proficiency with GenAI, RAG, chatbots, and AI agents; Azure/OpenAI exposure.
• Strong Python, React.js, API design, and cloud deployment skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade AI applications with GenAI and RAG architectures.
• Build end-to-end GenAI apps using LLMs, vector databases, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Develop customer- and employee-facing AI solutions across web, mobile, and chat interfaces.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures and reusable components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers; contribute to SDLC practices.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliant AI solutions with guardrails.
