Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an AWS Cognitive Engineer to lead the technical direction of GenAI-powered solutions. You will design, develop, and deploy agentic AI applications that translate advanced AI capabilities into real business outcomes, collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure secure, scalable delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on AWS GenAI, Bedrock, SageMaker, and GPU-accelerated compute, with a focus on performance, reliability, and governance.

Qualifications

• 3 yrs or more experience building solutions on AWS.
• Proven experience with AI/ML, GenAI, or LLM-based applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and API-driven integrations.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native and microservices architectures; AI model lifecycle and MLOps; GPU-accelerated compute environments.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Flexible to report onsite at any of the Manila office locations: Alabang, BGC, Cubao, and Mandaluyong City.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery.
• Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives.
• Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI and GenAI-powered applications leveraging AWS platforms.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions.
• Implement MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and performance optimization best practices.
