Plain Concepts is expanding its international AI/ML squad. You will design and deploy AI-powered solutions, building production-grade ML/AI systems and overseeing full ML lifecycles from data prep to deployment.

The role emphasizes end-to-end development, MLOps practices, and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams. Remote or on-site options are available in a dynamic, English-speaking environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML/CS environments.
• Experience building end-to-end AI/ML software products.
• Proficient in Python; strong SQL basics.
• Experience with NLP and Computer Vision.
• Experience with ML lifecycle and MLOps.
• Familiar with GitHub Copilot in real development workflows.
• Spanish fluency is required.

Responsibilities

• Participating in the design and development of AI solutions for challenging projects.
• Building production‑level ML/AI solutions, with solid software engineering and ML/AI principles.
• MLOps automated deployment and monitoring (models and infrastructure).
• Data analysis (data cleaning, variable transformation, etc.).
• Developing and training ML/AI models.
• Putting AI models into production and deploying in a production environment.
