Qualifications

Consulting – Process Compliance Testing – Staff

The opportunity

We’re looking for Staff to join the Business Consulting - Enterprise Risk Team to deliver services to our clients/stakeholders related to Process Compliance testing.

Your key responsibilities

Quality delivery: Undertake Process Compliance testing while ensuring quality delivery and supporting client onsite teams. Understand business & industry issues / trends. Identify areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes to enable preparation of recommendations. Ensure compliance with risk management strategies, plans and activities of the firm. Demonstrate an application and solution-based approach to the problem-solving technique.

Team Support: Support team members and seniors in end-to-end life cycle of an internal audit, process and compliance review. Develop strong working relationships with client and build a level of influence with key client contacts

Skills and attributes for success
  • Exceptional command on spoken and written English
  • Nihongo/Japanese skillset required: Reading, writing, speaking and understand
  • Highly analytical, organised and meticulous consulting skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills; also work independently whenever required
  • Ability to prioritize deliverables effectively in order to achieve optimum results.
  • Strong academic history (degree in Business, Accounting, or similar work experience in similar industry, Big 4 preferred)
  • Proficient in MS-Office Suite, data analysis & validation
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • CA, bachelor’s in commerce OR MBA (Master’s in business administration)
  • 1-3 years of work experience in compliance/SOX/Internal audit projects
  • Technical experience in Sales, Finance, Operations or Regulatory Compliance
  • Good to have - Knowledge of cross-functional business processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay etc.)
