Job summary

GCash, the leading Philippine fintech, is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end roadmap for a GCash Overseas (GO) vertical. Translate business goals into well-scoped requirements and work with the delivery squad to build features that matter for onboarding, KYC, usage, expansion, or embedded finance.

You will collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, CXM, and Finance to ensure BSP AML/KYC compliance and audit readiness, while maintaining product docs and running agile ceremonies.

• Translate business goals into clear, well-scoped product requirements — from PRDs to user stories to acceptance criteria.
• Maintain up-to-date product documentation including product manuals, operational runbooks, and feature specifications.
• Collaborate with delivery squad (tech, design, QA, scrum master) to ensure features are built to spec, on time, and with quality.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product roadmap for an assigned GCash Overseas (GO) vertical (e.g., Onboarding & KYC, Usage & Expansion, or Embedded Finance).
• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, customer pain points, and strategic alignment with GO’s EMAU, GTV, and revenue targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies with other GO verticals, platform teams, and internal stakeholders including Risk, Compliance, Legal, CXM, and Finance.
• Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure all product builds comply with BSP regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and internal risk policies; support audit readiness for the assigned product vertical.

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the end-to-end product roadmap for an assigned GCash Overseas (GO) vertical (e.g., Onboarding & KYC, Usage & Expansion, or Embedded Finance). Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, customer pain points, and strategic alignment with GO’s EMAU, GTV, and revenue targets.

Requirements & Documentation: Translate business goals into clear, well-scoped product requirements — from Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to user stories to acceptance criteria. Maintain up-to-date product documentation including product manuals, operational runbooks, and feature specifications.

Delivery & Execution: Work closely with the delivery squad (tech, design, QA, scrum master) to ensure features are built to spec, on time, and with quality. Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews in an agile setup. Proactively identify and resolve blockers — whether technical, regulatory, or partner-related.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional dependencies with other GO verticals, platform teams, and internal stakeholders including Risk, Compliance, Legal, CXM, and Finance. Serve as the product point of contact for regulatory and compliance discussions related to the assigned vertical.
Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure all product builds comply with BSP regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and internal risk policies. Support audit readiness — including BSP and internal audit requirements — for the assigned product vertical.
