The GBS Process Improvement & Analytics Lead is responsible for designing, deploying, and sustaining a standardized continuous improvement (CI) and performance management capability across the Global Business Services (GBS) Source to Pay (S2P) organization. This role serves as the horizontal engine for transformation, enabling the GBS Source to Pay (S2P) function to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience through Lean Daily Management, analytics, process redesign, and automation enablement. The role owns the improvement methodology, performance cadence, and analytics framework, while partnering closely with GBS Functional Leads, Global Process Owners (GPOs), and Enablement teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen in process improvement, analytics, and Lean principles, with the ability to design, deploy, and sustain data‑driven performance management and continuous improvement to ensure processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with enterprise objectives.
Essential:
Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
Updated to be consistent with years of experience requirements for “lead” roles within Copeland’s salary structure
