Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a capable Station Supervisor to manage daily gas station operations in Cavite. The role focuses on leading cashiers and pump attendants, planning work schedules, and ensuring smooth deliveries and inventory control.

You will prepare and reconcile sales reports, train staff, and address issues promptly while driving customer service excellence at the Tanza Cavite location. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in handling Gas Station.
• Willing to be assigned at Tanza Cavite Gas Station.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Overall in-charge of the station.
• Supervise and coordinates activities of cashier and pump attendant.
• Prepare work schedule.
• Control inventory and receiving of deliveries.
• Prepare Sales report, reconcile daily/weekly and other reports as per require by the management.
• Train new and existing staff.
• Report all problems that may encounter within the station and recommend solution to addressed the concerns.
• Implement measures to improve worker motivation, performance and customer service.
