Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned gas station.
• Plan work schedules and supervise Gas Attendants and Cashiers.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Monitor fuel and store inventory and coordinate replenishment.
• Prepare daily sales and shift-end reports, cash reconciliations.
• Train, coach, and monitor performance of staff.
• Maintain excellent customer service and smooth station operations.
