Job summary

ALESSANDRA GARMENTS MANUFACTURING INC in Metro Manila is seeking a dedicated sewing operator to sew and assemble garments according to approved samples and specifications.

You will operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently, follow patterns and measurements, inspect finished garments, and coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets and maintain quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Sew and assemble garments according to approved samples and specifications
• Operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently
• Follow patterns, measurements and sewing instructions accurately
• Ensure clean stitching , proper finishing, and consistent garment quality
• Inspect completed garments and correct any sewing defects
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines
• Maintain sewing equipment and keep the work area clean and organized
• Coordinate with the pattern maker, cutter and production team
