Responsible for creating garment samples based on design specifications, ensuring accuracy in construction, fit, and quality before mass production.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Sew and assemble garment samples according to patterns and design instructions
• Interpret technical drawings, sketches, and sample requests
• Work closely with the design and pattern‑making team
• Operate sewing machines and other garment equipment efficiently
• Suggest improvements in construction for better quality and production efficiency
• Ensure accuracy in measurements, stitching, and finishing
• Perform adjustments and alterations on samples as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools and materials

Qualifications
