Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology or related field.

• Good communication skills and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Gives complete and correct instructions to team members and assigns tasks according to production schedule.
• Randomly checks the quality of work per Onesimus quality standards.
• Prepares material requisitions and checks materials from Warehouse and preceding section.
• Distributes materials to team members and monitors inventory balance.
• Ensures timely re-processing of rejects to prevent delays in job orders.
• Monitors daily output reports and payroll-related PDT processing.
• Supervises activities and enforces the Company’s Code of Discipline.
• Ensures completion of job orders and handover to next section as scheduled.
• Maintains cleanliness of own work area and safekeeping of equipment and materials.
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
