Job Description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Gardener to join our growing team. As a Gardener, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the lush and vibrant gardens at our event place in Quezon City, Metro Manila (LIGHT OF LOVE EVENTS PLACE). This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the overall aesthetic and environmental impact of our property.

Responsibilities

• At least 1 to 3 years work experience as Gardener
• Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of the gardens, including watering, weeding, pruning, and mowing
• Plant, transplant, and care for a variety of flowers, shrubs, and trees to ensure their optimal growth and health
• Recommend plant and landscape design ideas based on sunlight, soil conditions, and watering needs
• Utilize gardening tools and equipment efficiently and safely to complete all necessary tasks
• Identify and address any pest or disease issues in the gardens, and take appropriate remedial action
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the gardens align with the overall aesthetic and environmental goals
• Maintain accurate records of gardening activities, inventory, and expenditures
• Properly discard grass clippings, leaves, and other gardening debris
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines and protocols
• Strong knowledge of a wide range of plants, their care requirements, and appropriate gardening techniques

• Physically fit and able to perform manual gardening tasks for extended periods
