Job Description

Planting and Maintenance:

• Planting flowers, trees, shrubs, and other vegetation.
• Ensuring the health of plants by watering, pruning, and fertilizing as needed.
• Preparing soil, adding compost, and performing other soil-related tasks to enhance plant growth

Landscape Maintenance:

• Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and cutting grass.
• Maintaining the overall appearance of outdoor spaces by ensuring proper trimming, weeding, and removing dead plants.
• Keeping paths and walkways clean and free from debris.

Pest and Disease Management:

• Identifying common plant diseases, pests, and weeds.
• Applying pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides as needed (following safety protocols).
• Ensuring that gardening tools and equipment are clean and in good working order.
• Collecting garden waste and ensuring disposal in an environmentally responsible manner.

Skills and Qualifications:
