Job summary

Gavin Ventures, Inc. is seeking a Visual Marketer to bridge creative direction and performance-driven marketing in the gaming space. You will craft high-impact assets for social, motion teasers, and key art, resonating with Filipino and regional gaming audiences.

You will collaborate with UA leads, game production teams, and community organizers to translate gaming culture into compelling campaigns, while maintaining brand guidelines across channels.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, visual marketing, or creative content creation within gaming, esports, entertainment, or digital agency sectors.
• Advanced skills in UI/UX Design, 3D design, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools, and video editing.
• Understanding of gaming culture, sports landscapes and community-driven content.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, motion design, social-first graphics, and marketing campaign execution.
• Strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast paced environment, and a data-informed approach to visual experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design key visuals, promotional banners, and campaign assets for game launches, sports tournaments, seasonal events, and content updates.
• Produce daily short-form video content, animated GIFs, motion graphics, and static visual collateral optimized for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Forums and local gaming channels.
• Translate local gaming trends, memes, and community vernacular into authentic, engaging visual content.
• Partner with UA/Media Buyers to test static and video ad creatives, using performance data to iterate on high-converting visuals.
• Maintain brand guidelines across all marketing touchpoints while building reusable design templates and systems to streamline production.
