Responsibilities

• Product Inventory Management: Stock shelves, organize products, and ensure the availability of popular titles and accessories while maintaining an orderly store environment.
• Sales & Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately, handle customer inquiries, and manage returns or exchanges in line with store policies.
• Greet customers, provide assistance in selecting video games, consoles, and accessories, and offer recommendations based on their interests and needs.
• Sales & Cash Handling: Process sales transactions accurately, manage cash, credit, or digital payments, and ensure proper handling of exchanges or returns in line with store policies.
