Job summary

Chevron Philippines Incorporated in Makati is seeking a G&A Cost Allocation Analyst to support month-end close, allocate costs, and ensure data integrity across departments and projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders, perform variance analyses, and drive process improvements in a hybrid work environment.

A degree in Accountancy and strong analytical and communication skills are required; experience with JDE and Power BI is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work proactively in a diverse, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries (recurring, accrual, allocation, residual clearing, and adjusting).
• Perform G&A cost allocations across departments, assets, or projects with alignment to drivers.
• Manage account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare financial reports for management decision-making.
• Collaborate with upstream, downstream, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs and maintain data integrity.
• Prepare accruals, allocation settlements, and other close-related adjustments.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline accounting processes and stabilize transitioned activities.
