Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA, CFA, FRM, ACT Treasury Certification, or equivalent preferred.
• 4-10 years of experience in Treasury, Foreign Exchange, Banking, Payments, or FinTech.
• Minimum 2-3 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FX trading, pricing, liquidity management, funding operations, and treasury controls across multiple currencies and corridors.
• Lead, coach, and develop Forex Analysts; define team objectives and performance standards.
• Approve high-value FX trades and oversee deal-based, time-based, and streaming models.
• Monitor FX market movements and adjust pricing; review corridor profitability and optimization opportunities.
• Manage global liquidity positions and funding requirements; prefund with partners and banks.
• Track FX revenue, spreads, and corridor profitability; present insights to management.
• Engage with banking partners, liquidity providers, and payout partners; negotiate pricing and credit arrangements.
• Review daily treasury and FX reports; prepare management dashboards and communicate recommendations to senior management.
