Job summary

BeMobile in the Philippines is seeking a Business Systems Developer to design, develop, and implement IT solutions that improve workflows and system functionality. You will collaborate across teams and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems and 2–3 years of hands‑on systems development experience, with WordPress/JavaScript and Google Workspace skills. Travel may be required.

• Strong website management: WordPress, JavaScript, hosting, web security.
• Experience with network infrastructure and SD‑WAN platforms (Cisco Meraki).

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; VBA or Apps Script.
• Translate business needs into functional solutions using approved tools.
• Experience in system configuration, automation, reporting, and testing.
• Technical documentation: user stories, flows, QA procedures.
• Problem solving with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Cross‑functional communication with technical and business users.
• Clear presentation of findings for end‑user adoption.
• Highly organized; manage multiple technical projects.
• Willing to travel occasionally.

• Demonstrates strong technical expertise in:

• Website management (WordPress, JavaScript, hosting, and web security)

• Network infrastructure, including firewall administration, VPN setup, and SD‑WAN platforms (e.g., Cisco Meraki)

• Google Workspace administration, including user/group management and policy controls

• Advanced spreadsheet skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including use of VBA or Google Apps Scripts

• Skilled in translating business needs into functional solutions using approved tools and platforms

• Experienced in system configuration, automation, report building, and structured testing procedures

• Strong background in technical documentation, including user stories, process flows, and QA procedures

• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, with a continuous improvement mindset focused on optimizing workflows and reducing inefficiencies

• Effective cross‑functional communicator, able to work closely with both technical teams and non‑technical business users

• Adept at presenting technical findings in a clear, user‑friendly manner and ensuring high levels of end‑user adoption and satisfaction

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail

• Willing and able to travel occasionally to support team collaboration, system implementation, and organizational needs
