Job summary

Apollo Home Depot is seeking a Sales Associate for our Bulua showroom in Cagayan de Oro City. You will assist customers, explain product details, and help drive monthly sales quotas while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams, maintaining a clean showroom, handling after-sales follow-ups, and staying updated on promotions and inventory. Prior retail experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• College level; degree in Business or Marketing is an advantage.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet monthly sales quotas.
• Knowledge of basic POS operations is a plus.
• Energetic, approachable, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommend suitable furniture.
• Provide product details on materials, dimensions, and care instructions.
• Achieve monthly sales quotas and process sales transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with warehouse/delivery teams on stock and scheduling.
