Responsibilities

• Monitoring and handling funeral and chapels operations.
• Orientation, selling and pre‑need memorial packages.
• Evaluating the performance of vendors, contract employees, or other service providers.
• Explain goals, policies or procedures to staff members.
• Evaluate the performance of vendors, contract employees, or service providers for quality and cost efficiency.
• Oversee transport, preparation for burial, and embalming of deceased persons as required.
• Schedule work hours of employees and interview and orient new staff.
