Job summary

We are looking for a versatile Fundraising Operations & Marketing Coordinator in Davao City, Philippines. This hands-on role combines project execution with polished visual production to support school fundraising campaigns and social media workflows.

You will manage intake, quality control, approvals, and tracking, design Canva assets, and maintain a consistent posting schedule. You’ll coordinate with internal teams, sales reps, school contacts, and vendors to keep campaigns moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong graphic-design judgment and Canva expertise.
• Experience maintaining a social media content calendar and creating marketing graphics.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns.
• Excellent written communication and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own fundraising campaigns from intake to completion in ClickUp.
• Perform rigorous quality checks on designs, copy, dates, logos, and links.
• Design Canva campaign materials and social assets; manage posting schedule.
• Coordinate between teams, school contacts, and vendors for approvals.
• Maintain campaign records, proofs, and delivery tracking.
