Your Role
- Responsible for maintaining books and records and calculation of fund net asset values.
- Coordinating and reviewing financial statements and associated reports, including performance metrics for monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Coordinate and review calculations of carried interest, performance and incentive fees.
- Coordinate and review calculations and investor allocations for capital calls, distributions and equalizations.
- Coordinate and review partner capital account statements.
- Coordinate processing of payments and other transactions.
- Supervise junior staff, reviewing and signing off on work performed.
- Act as primary day‑to‑day contact with clients and other fund participants.
- Work closely with the Investor Relations team to respond to investor queries and disseminate capital activity and investor notices.
- Maintain relationships with investors, investment advisors, banks, auditors and other fund participants.
- Assist auditors and other fund participants and advisers.
- Participate in presentations to existing and prospective clients.
- Monitor compliance of various agreements with clients, including the Service Level Agreement.
- Participate in projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continued expansion and evolution of the business.
- Perform any other functions required as part of the business of the company, reporting to the Vice President.
About You
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in accounting for the financial services sector, especially private equity, asset management or fund administration.
- Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
- Experience in reviewing and preparing general ledger and financial statements.
- Established knowledge of accounting and consolidations under IFRS.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Motivated, bright and diligent, driven to meet deadlines.
- A team player capable of managing individual responsibilities.
- Supervisory experience with managing or leading staff for 3+ years.
- Good client and business relationship management.
- Sound judgment, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience with enterprise accounting systems.
- Working knowledge of Investran highly desirable.
- Experience in private equity/real estate funds, exposure to complex fund structures, waterfall computation, preferred return.
- Amenable to working in the Alabang office (Filinvest 2 Bldg., Northgate Cyber Zone, Filinvest City, Alabang Muntinlupa City).
- Amenable to working under a hybrid setup (3 days onsite per week).
- Amenable to working on shifting schedules (morning or mid‑shift).
