You will interact with Relationship Managers and other teams, supporting process improvements and training colleagues. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
• 3-4 years of financial services experience.
• Demonstrated quality customer service skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate research and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of contact for internal partners on plan-initiated fund and fee changes.
• Handle complex inquiries and resolution of problems.
• Provide guidance and mentorship within the team.
• Support projects impacting the fund and fee change organization.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
