Job summary

IQ-EQ in the Philippines is seeking an entry-level accounting position responsible for delivering basic fund accounting services under supervision. This role focuses on standardized processes and routine financial operations while developing core accounting competencies for low-complexity clients.

You will prepare basic financial statements and NAV calculations, support daily fund accounting operations, and maintain accurate processing of transactions within established procedures.

Qualifications

• Accounting/finance/business graduate with CPA license or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to collaborate with senior team members in a team-oriented environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and commitment to completing required training programs.
• Good time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines in a structured work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare basic financial statements and NAV calculations using prescribed guidelines with guidance.
