Job summary

John Clements Family in Taguig is seeking an experienced leader for Private Markets Fund Accounting, based at BGC with an on-site-first approach. The role oversees NAV production, financial reporting, and client deliverables, guiding a team of Associates and Senior Associates.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in Alternative Investments, strong leadership, and deep fund-structuring knowledge. Hybrid work starts after 3 months, with 1 day WFH. Excellent stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Alternative Investments, Private Markets, or Fund Accounting.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and performance.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep knowledge of Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Estate fund structures.
• LP/GP arrangements, capital calls, distributions, waterfalls, and financial statements.
• Experience with Geneva, Investran, and MS Office is preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Associates and Senior Associates within the Private Markets Fund Accounting team.
• Oversee end-to-end NAV accounting, financial reporting, and client deliverables.
• Drive operational excellence, risk management, and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage team capacity, resource allocation, and workforce planning.
• Act as the primary escalation point for client, audit, and operational matters.
• Develop and mentor team members through coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Provide technical guidance on complex fund accounting and reporting matters.
