Job summary

Arcadis, a leading global design and consultancy firm, seeks a seasoned professional to drive functional changes within the Enterprise applications portfolio across the organization. You will collaborate with product owners, BPOs, BPEs, KBUs, and vendors to ensure solutions meet business needs and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ hands-on experience with relevant Project Management and Workforce Planning application configuration in major ERP systems.
• Demonstrated experience in business process management and workflows.
• Experience delivering functional changes and/or solutions in a global company with a complex business environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads application support and maintenance for Enterprise applications portfolio across business units.
• Oversees functional solution development and documentation including functional testing.
• Acts as delivery lead to 3rd party vendors and coordinates with product owners and vendors.
• Drives continuous improvement projects with Global Continuous Improvements team.
• Manages vendor collaboration to ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget and quality.

Designs and/or oversees the design of functional solutions aligned with global standards.Individual accountabilitiesCollaborationCollaborates and communicates with relevant domain BPOs, BPEs, KBUs, and EU’s.Collaborates with the product owners, Technical Solution Manager(s) and the vendor parties to ensure that the solution meets the business needs.Collaborates with wider Global Engagement & Operations team to ensure consistency and standards followed for documentations and approach.Advise and collaborate on solutioning with Global Intake & Portfolio Management on portfolio intakeApplication Support & MaintenanceEnsures global standardization and cohesion in the Enterprise applications team across business units with a focus on business efficiency and user experience.Demonstrates business process knowledge and relevant Enterprise applications domain knowledge to efficiently deliver on Enterprise applications solutions.Supports Arcadis 3rd party vendors in assessing & validating proposed solutions and /or creates proposed solutions to address incidents/problems.Lead Oracle quarterly update with effectively working with the test manager and business key users.Join vendor support sessions to actively influence vendor product development and thereby improving business efficiency.Application Enhancement & Continuous ImprovementCollaborates with Product Owners, BPOs, BPEs, and Global Continuous Improvements team to design and deliver continuous improvement projects in relevant Enterprise applications domain portfolio.Conduct POCs, functional design review and organize workshops with product owners to perform fit/gap analysis.Oversees functional solution development, documentations and including functional testing to ensure that solutions follow best design practices.Acts as the functional counterpart (delivery lead) to 3rd party vendors.Vendor ManagementReviews & Approves proposed functional solutions created by third parties.Works with 3rd parties to ensure projects are delivered in within scope, budget & quality.Key profile requirementsMinimum of 7 years’ hands-on experience with relevant Project Management and Workforce Planning application configuration in major ERP systems, preferably a minimum of at least 3 of which Oracle Cloud.Demonstrated experience in business process management and workflows.Demonstrated experience in successfully designing/delivering functional changes and/or solutions in a global company with a complex business environment.Key shared accountabilitiesPartnership with other EA Lanes, Teams, and Domains to exceed business expectations.Functional solution decisions with Global Continuous Improvements Lane.Functional solution direction with Global Intake & Portfolio Management on portfolio intakeOracle Quarterly Update testing with EA Test Manager and KBUs.SOP and training materials for business.Decision RightsOwns: 3rd party functional configuration and business process improvement in relevant domainsInfluences: Functional solution decisionsVetoes: Solutions that do not conform to functional guidelines/standardsWhy Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
