Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a capable Full Stack Developer to design, code, and maintain web service applications using Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.

You will participate in code reviews, translate requirements into technical specs, and collaborate with teams to deliver secure, scalable software while adhering to best practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or current pursuit in CS/IT/Math/IS with core programming and problem-solving.
• 2–3 years of full stack experience using Node.js.
• Experience with frontend frameworks: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience building web apps and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with UML diagrams and design patterns.
• Experience with IDEs Eclipse or IntelliJ.
• Git, JIRA, Confluence usage.
• Unit testing with JUnit/Mockito/PowerMock.
• Working with JSON and YAML data formats.
• CI/CD pipelines experience.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field ((completed or currently in progress; undergraduates welcome), with foundational skills in programming, data analysis, systems analysis, or technical problem‑solving.

2–3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer using Node.js.

Professional experience with at least one frontend framework: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

Experience building web applications and working with RESTful APIs.

Experience reading and interpreting UML diagrams (use case, activity, sequence).

Experience applying common software design patterns.

Experience using IDEs such as Eclipse or IntelliJ.

Experience using Git for code versioning and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Experience creating unit tests using JUnit, Mockito, or PowerMock.

Experience working with structured data formats such as JSON and YAML.

Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Experience using one or more of the following tools: Swagger, Kafka, RabbitMQ.

Experience using quality and security scanning tools such as SonarQube, Fortify, or WebInspect.

Experience with SOAP‑based web services.

Experience using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience identifying and mitigating common web application security vulnerabilities.
