Job summary

Whitecloak is seeking a Mid Fullstack Engineer to design, build, and maintain high-performance mobile apps using Flutter (Dart) while supporting backend services and data layers. You’ll collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to scope, estimate, and deliver features with secure integrations and strong testing practices.

The role emphasizes state management, caching, offline capabilities, code quality, and end-to-end feature ownership in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Flutter and Dart for cross‑platform mobile development.
• Experience with state management libraries for Flutter (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).
• Backend services with Node.js/JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience writing/optimizing queries.
• Experience with ORMs (Prisma, Sequelize, TypeORM).
• Ability to take ownership of features from design through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
• Develop secure, scalable RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar).
• Perform database design, optimization, and write efficient SQL queries.
• Integrate mobile front-ends with backend services, managing state, caching, and offline capabilities.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and engineers to scope and deliver features.
• Participate in code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and maintain high code quality.
