Job summary

White Cloak Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Mid Fullstack Engineer to design, build, and maintain high-performance mobile applications with Flutter (Dart) and backend services.

You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and engineers to scope, estimate, and deliver features. Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Flutter and Dart for cross-platform mobile development.
• Experience with state management libraries for Flutter (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).
• Solid experience building backend services with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL) and experience writing complex queries and optimizing them.
• Experience working with ORMs (e.g., Prisma, Sequelize, TypeORM).
• Ability to take ownership of features from technical design through deployment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working in an agile environment and adapting to evolving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable mobile applications using Flutter (Dart)
• Develop secure, scalable, and well-documented RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks)
• Perform database schema design, optimization, and write efficient queries and/or stored procedures for SQL databases
• Integrate mobile front-ends with backend services, managing state, local caching, and offline capabilities
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other engineers to scope, estimate, and deliver new features
• Participate in code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and maintain high code quality
