Qualifications

• Requires Bachelors in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• 3+ years in application development.
• Experience front-end and back-end (React, Flutter, Node.js, Next.js, Nest.js).
• Cloud platforms, DevOps and API development experience.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer that is based in Laguna to join our dynamic and fast‑paced development team. In this role, you’ll work across the full technology stack—from front‑end interfaces to back‑end systems—to build secure, scalable, and high‑performing financial applications.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Build high quality, fault tolerant systems and products, owning all areas of implementation, frontend, backend, CI pipeline, automated test suites and operations
• Work with your product owner and business stakeholders to define the product and tech roadmaps.
• Engage with the wider engineering organization, making sure your tech roadmap aligns with the other teams.
• Designing and developing robust and scalable server‑side applications.
• Designing and developing robust web and mobile applications.
• Writing reusable, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Implementing and maintaining APIs for seamless integration with front‑end applications.
• Integrate APIs with front‑end applications.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshooting and debugging production issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality standards.
• Keeping up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and trends in software development.

Software Development & Implementation

• Develop and maintain web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using modern programming languages.
• Ensure application security, performance, and usability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, business analysts, and stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Engage in cross‑functional tasks and emerging priorities as directed by leadership.

Front‑End & Back‑End Development

• Build responsive and user‑friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop robust back‑end services, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Optimize database queries, API calls, and system performance.
• Implement microservices, cloud‑based solutions, and DevOps practices.

API Development & Integration

• Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless system interoperability.
• Ensure authentication, authorization, and data security in API communications.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and external services into applications.
• Monitor and optimize API performance and scalability.

Testing, Debugging & Deployment

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
• Identify and resolve bugs, security vulnerabilities, and system inefficiencies.
• Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
• Maintain technical documentation for application development processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in application development.
• Skilled in both front‑end and back‑end (React, Flutter, Node.js, Next.js, Nest.js) technologies.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, and API development.
• Experience with database management (SQL, NoSQL such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB) and system integration.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Must be based/residing in Laguna.
