Job summary

Umpisa Inc. is hiring a skilled Full Stack Developer based in Laguna to join a fast-paced development team. You will work across the full technology stack—from front-end interfaces to back-end systems—to build secure, scalable, and high-performing financial applications.

You will collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define roadmaps, design robust services, and implement APIs while embracing DevOps practices and modern development trends in a scalable Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelors in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• 3+ years in application development.
• Experience front-end and back-end (React, Flutter, Node.js, Next.js, Nest.js).
• Cloud platforms, DevOps and API development experience.

Responsibilities

• Build high quality, fault-tolerant systems across frontend and backend.
• Define product and tech roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Design robust server-side and web/mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain APIs for integration with front-end apps.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and business analysts.
• Deploy via CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
• Maintain code quality through reviews and documentation.
