Anytime Fitness Superstars in Cebu City is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to own client results through personalized coaching, accountability, and engaging sessions.

You will conduct consultations, design programs, drive memberships, and contribute to gym success with high energy and professionalism. This full-time, on-site role invites you to build lasting relationships with members and lead by example.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer certification from ACE, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of coaching or training experience, preferably in a gym or health club.
• Strong communication and sales skills, able to move clients toward a yes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness consultations and movement assessments to identify goals and needs.
• Design and deliver customized fitness programs with proper form, progression, and injury prevention.
• Lead one-on-one personal training sessions with energy, professionalism, and purpose.
• Drive training sales through goal-based program recommendations, re-signs, and membership upgrades.
• Own client retention through consistent communication, motivation, and measurable progress tracking.
• Collaborate with Club Managers and Membership Teams to schedule assessments and convert leads.
• Represent the club in events, community activations, and promotional activities.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism on the gym floor.
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, certifications, and best practices.
