Job summary

CVJR Builders, through Caishen Skydeck Pickleball in Silang Cavite, seeks a skilled Barista to join our cafe team. The role is full-time, focusing on crafting beverages, serving customers, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate has proven café experience, knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing techniques, and strong customer service skills. NCII certification is a plus and flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Barista or similar beverage service role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing techniques and espresso machine operation.
• Excellent customer service skills with composure under pressure.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high beverage standards.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with good communication.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one.
• NCII certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in a Coffee Shop environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages and light foods.
• Operate coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers).
• Greet customers and promote menu options.
• Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness of the cafe.
• Handle POS transactions and cash/credit sales.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and basic inventory.
