Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Full Stack Web Development with PHP, Laravel, React.js, Next.js.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and MySQL databases.
• Git version control and Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Knowledge of security best practices, JWT/OAuth, and testing frameworks.
• Cloud/AWS, CI/CD, and mobile development lifecycle are pluses.
• Willingness to commute or relocate to Davao.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications, databases, and API integrations.
• Manage the SDLC for 2–3 applications, including deployment, prod support, and enhancements.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for IT applications.
• Review peer code and ensure secure coding, performance, and debugging efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and users to collect requirements and drive tasks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and promote development standards.
