Job summary

Bold Business, an AI-first, delivery-first software company, is hiring Full-Stack Systems Conductors to own feature delivery across the TechForce platform — spanning React/TypeScript frontends, Python/FastAPI backends, and robust PostgreSQL data schemas.

You’ll own high-impact modules from day one, focusing on robust databases, complex systems, and test-driven implementations, with collaboration across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven full-stack experience with React/TypeScript and Python/FastAPI in production systems.
• Strong PostgreSQL schema and data modeling skills.
• Experience with API design, security, and access controls.
• Hands-on with CI/CD and test-driven development.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect schema-first features: design strict API boundaries, typed contracts, and database schemas first.
• Build and secure module workflows: own recruiter/admin interfaces, REST endpoints, and PostgreSQL workflows with strict security at the data layer.
• Establish codebase context: use MCP servers and AST-based graphs for standardized repository access.
• Orchestrate quality loops: set up local testing environments and containerized CI/CD checks for automated tests.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate processes into executable technical requirements, keeping them informed.
• Stabilize and maintain the platform: support defects, gaps, and reporting migrations as Power BI is retired.
• Review and be reviewed: participate in PR reviews with test evidence on every ticket.
