Bold Business is hiring Full-Stack Systems Conductors to own feature delivery across our TechForce platform, spanning React/TypeScript frontends, Python/FastAPI backends, and robust PostgreSQL data schemas.

You’ll own high-impact modules from day one, but your true value lies in your ability to design robust databases, orchestrate complex systems, and lead background coding agents through rigorous, test-driven implementations.

Qualifications

• Active agentic developer loop with guardrails and patching hallucinations.
• Proven PR reviews history, useful documentation, proactive blocker escalation.
• Full-stack competency on live systems (React/TypeScript, Python/FastAPI).
• PostgreSQL schema design, migrations, indexing, transactional isolation.
• Decoupled architectures with robust logging and recovery strategies.
• Experience with ERP-class platforms or equivalent data integrations.
• True Agile with measurable process improvements and iterative delivery.
• End-to-end ownership from planning to maintenance, with clear training notes.
• Strong English communication in a US-based team.

Responsibilities

• Architect schema-first features with typed contracts and DB schemas.
• Build secure module workflows for recruiter/admin interfaces and REST endpoints.
• Establish codebase context with MCP servers and AST-based graphs.
• Orchestrate quality loops with local testing and containerized CI/CD.
• Engage stakeholders to translate processes into technical requirements.
• Stabilize and maintain the platform, including BI retirement impacts.
• Review and be reviewed through PRs with test evidence.
