Job summary

Apex Group in Manila (Makati) is hiring three Full Stack Software Engineers to join our office-based team. You’ll work on enterprise-grade applications in the .NET ecosystem, crafting scalable back-end services and robust front-ends. The role requires hands-on C#, Entity Framework, SQL, and testing with xUnit/NUnit in an agile environment.

This non-remote opportunity focuses on collaborating with the New Zealand team and delivering high-quality software from our Manila office.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in the .NET ecosystem (.NET Framework & .NET Core).
• Proficiency in C#, Entity Framework, and SQL.
• Experience with xUnit or NUnit and a focus on testable, reliable code.
• Proven ability to break down complex problems and deliver practical solutions.
• Hands-on experience working in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).
• Solid grasp of modern software development methodologies and architectures.
• Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance enterprise-scale applications used by global investment operations
• Write clean, maintainable, high-performance code that solves meaningful business problems
• Collaborate with your squad in refinement sessions, influencing technical and solution design
• Champion engineering best practices, coding standards, and high-quality delivery
• Improve system reliability, data integrity, and security across platforms
• Elevate code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous refactoring
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge to raise the bar across the engineering group
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders, bringing a strong service-delivery mindset
