VA Masters is seeking a skilled full-stack developer to build a unified practice management app for veterinary services across web, iOS, and Android. You’ll replace ad-hoc tools with a cohesive system, integrating GoHighLevel and multiple third-party services while delivering a polished product under a tight timeline.

The role requires strong experience in cross-platform development, secure authentication with audit trails, and collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering cross-platform web and mobile apps (web, iOS, Android).
• Strong API integration experience with CRM/communication platforms.
• Proficient in React Native or Flutter and modern frameworks.
• Solid relational DB design with PostgreSQL/Supabase.
• Implement secure auth, RBAC, and audit trails.
• Excellent problem-solving and QA skills.
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver production-ready product on tight timeline.

Responsibilities

• Build a cross-platform app (web, iOS, Android) from specs with native-like performance.
• Integrate bidirectional GoHighLevel CRM via REST API & webhooks.
• Implement secure authentication with role-based access and audit trails.
• Develop an append-only logging module with DB safeguards.
• Create offline data entry with auto-sync and real-time multi-user updates.
• Integrate AI tools, Twilio, Google Calendar, payments, and webhooks.
• Build client and internal interfaces for records, forms, notes, tasks, inbox.
• Design a pricing calculator and dynamic payment links.
• Thorough testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Collaborate with owner on features and architecture improvements.
