Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven full-stack web and mobile development experience.
• Strong API integration experience, esp. with CRM/communication platforms.
• Proficiency with modern frameworks (React Native/Expo, Flutter) and related tools.
• Solid relational database design and management (PostgreSQL or similar).
• Experience implementing secure authentication, RBAC, and audit trails.
• Excellent communication and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build a cross-platform application (web, iOS, Android) from provided specifications, prioritizing native-feeling performance for field use on mobile devices.
• Integrate the application bidirectionally with GoHighLevel CRM via REST API and webhooks (contacts, conversations, payments, automations).
• Implement secure user authentication with role-based access control and an audit trail of who edited what and when.
• Develop an append-only, compliance-critical logging module with database-level safeguards to prevent edits or deletions.
• Build offline data entry that syncs automatically when connectivity returns, with real-time multi-user updates.
• Implement third-party integrations including communication/SMS, scheduling, payment processing, and partner webhooks/email parsing.
• Build both client-facing and internal interfaces, including clinical records, intake forms, structured notes, task management, and a unified messaging inbox.
• Design and implement a configurable pricing calculator with dynamic payment-link generation.
• Test, debug, and document the application thoroughly, including setup and maintenance guides.
• Collaborate with the business owner to refine features and suggest architectural improvements.
