Qualifications

• 3+ years marketing experience, preferably in remote/agency setting.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Proven GoHighLevel experience.
• Video editing experience with CapCut, Descript, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Graphic design experience with Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or similar.
• Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking.
• ManyChat experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create social media content across platforms and lead magnets.
• Develop and manage GoHighLevel funnels, CRM, forms, workflows, and automations.
• Build email and SMS nurture sequences and maintain CRM hygiene.
• Support paid ads campaigns and monitor analytics and tracking.
• Experiment with AI tools to improve output and automate repetitive tasks.

We're looking for a Full-Stack Marketing & Growth Specialist to take ownership of our marketing engine — from content and social media to funnels, CRM, paid ads, analytics, and AI automation.

This is more than a content or social media role. You'll turn ideas into content, content into leads, and data into growth.

What You'll Do

Content & Creative

Create social media posts, reels, scripts, articles, emails, and lead magnets.

Research trends, competitors, and content opportunities using AI.

Edit short-form videos and create graphics using Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Figma, or similar tools.

Repurpose long-form content into multiple marketing assets.

Ensure all content is accurate, polished, and brand-aligned.

Manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn content calendars.

Engage with comments, DMs, and potential leads.

Support ManyChat automations and lead follow-up.

Test new content formats, hooks, and CTAs.

Build and manage GoHighLevel funnels, CRM, workflows, forms, calendars, and automations.

Create email and SMS nurture sequences.

Maintain accurate CRM tagging, pipelines, and lead tracking.

QA funnels and automations before launch.

Paid Ads & Analytics

Support Meta Ads campaigns, audiences, creatives, and lead forms.

Monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking.

Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Provide weekly reports with clear insights and recommendations.

AI & Automation

Use ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity , and other AI tools to improve marketing output.

Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated.

Build SOPs, templates, and efficient marketing workflows.
