Job summary

AMCS Group is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and support SaaS applications and AI-powered solutions. Work in a small autonomous team across the full software lifecycle, building scalable features, APIs, and AI agents that deliver value to customers.

You will work with modern engineering practices, cloud technologies, and AI tools to shape products used worldwide, collaborating with product managers, QA, and platform teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering production software applications.
• Proficiency in at least one modern backend language/framework (e.g., C#/.NET).
• Experience with front-end technologies (Angular, React, or Vue).
• Good understanding of relational databases, SQL, data modeling.
• Experience building and consuming APIs and services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and container-based deployments.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong testing practices: unit, integration, and automated tests.
• Experience integrating apps with platforms/frameworks.
• Understanding of AI agents and modern AI patterns.

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Engineering team and help build the next generation of AMCS products. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and support both SaaS applications and AI-powered solutions. Working as part of a small, autonomous delivery team, you'll contribute across the full software development lifecycle, building scalable features, APIs, user experiences, and AI agents that deliver real value to customers. This is an opportunity to work with modern engineering practices, cloud technologies, and AI development tools while helping shape products used by organizations around the world.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver SaaS product features across the full technology stack.

• Develop services, APIs, front-end applications, and supporting data models.

• Build AI agents that integrate with the AMCS Platform and AI framework.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using logs, metrics, diagnostics, and AI-assisted tooling.

• Work within CI/CD pipelines to build, test, and release software safely and efficiently.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Quality Engineers, and platform teams.

• Contribute to technical design discussions and architectural decisions.

• Support and mentor less experienced engineers where appropriate.

About you
