Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as a Node.js Developer or similar role.
• 3-5 years experience as a Flutter Developer or similar role.
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js frameworks (Express.js, Nest.js).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiar with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and testing frameworks (Mocha, Jest).
• Strong analytical and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Build high quality, fault tolerant systems and products, owning frontend, backend, CI pipeline, automated test suites and operations.
• Define product and tech roadmaps with product owner and stakeholders.
• Engage with the wider engineering organization, ensuring alignment of tech roadmaps.
• Design and develop server-side applications using Node.js.
• Design and develop robust web and mobile apps using Flutter.
• Write reusable, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Implement APIs for seamless front-end integration and API-front-end integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues; participate in code reviews.
• Keep up-to-date with Node.js and Flutter trends.
