Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Full Stack Developer to help lead the Exposure Management Platform frontend foundation. You’ll design scalable React/TypeScript frontends, build supporting Node.js/Go backends, and champion DX across feature teams within a fast-growing security company.

You will collaborate on architecture, tooling, and performance optimizations, while guiding code reviews, testing, and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Web Architectures.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and React (hooks, state management, performance).
• Monorepo experience at scale (Nx) and familiarity with task graphs are a plus.
• Server-state management and client-side routing in a large React app.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and backend service development including Go.
• Experience with testing infrastructure: unit, component, and E2E (Vitest, Playwright).
• Ability to investigate complex codebases and produce architectural assessments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable frontend architectures and Portals using React and TypeScript.
• Investigate systemic issues across the platform and provide findings and architectural recommendations.
• Build and maintain Node.js/Go backend services supporting frontend platforms (BFFs, APIs).
• Champion developer experience (DX) and frontend standards through automation and tooling.
• Guide developers through code reviews and design discussions.
• Be a vocal member on frontend architecture and engineering best practices.
• Identify friction in the development lifecycle and drive platform improvement initiatives.
• Optimize application performance, bundle size, and runtime efficiency.
• Drive adoption of modern frontend technologies and APIs.
• Balance platform stability with API evolution while supporting cross-team needs.
