As a Software Engineer, you will develop and scale backend and frontend components, integrate payroll and billing with HR platforms, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a unified experience for thousands of customers across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Experience in backend and full-stack development across services.
• Strong command of object-oriented programming languages (Python, Java, C#).
• Proficiency with modern web technologies (JavaScript/React).
• Fluent English; French is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain mission-critical billing and payroll systems.
• Engineer customer-affecting affiliation engine processing lifecycles.
• Create scalable integrations (Payfit, Workday) across countries.
• Collaborate with product, design and operations teams on unified experiences.
